Brownie cheese­cake jars

2 choco­late brown­ies, crum­bled (shop-bought or home­made) 1 tub cream cheese ¼ cup cas­tor sugar ½ cup Greek yo­ghurt 1 ta­ble­spoon fresh le­mon juice

1 Whisk to­gether the cream cheese, sugar, yo­ghurt and le­mon juice. 2 Layer the brownie and cheese­cake mix­ture into two jars. Keep in fridge un­til needed. (It will keep for up to a week if you can re­sist it that long.)
