I ATTENDED EXERCISE BOOT CAMPS BEFORE I FELL PREGNANT. CAN I CONTINUE THEM THROUGH MY PREGNANCY?
If you find out during a four-week boot camp that you are pregnant, you can continue with your doctor’s permission and as long as your pregnancy is healthy. If you have had a previous history of miscarriage, you should discontinue immediately. As with any form of extreme exercise – don’t start something you have never done before while you are pregnant. Opt for exercises that will prepare your body specifically for pregnancy, labour and the rigors of new motherhood, like breastfeeding.
