If you find out dur­ing a four-week boot camp that you are preg­nant, you can con­tinue with your doc­tor’s per­mis­sion and as long as your preg­nancy is healthy. If you have had a pre­vi­ous his­tory of mis­car­riage, you should dis­con­tinue im­me­di­ately. As with any form of ex­treme ex­er­cise – don’t start some­thing you have never done be­fore while you are preg­nant. Opt for ex­er­cises that will pre­pare your body specif­i­cally for preg­nancy, labour and the rig­ors of new moth­er­hood, like breast­feed­ing.
