ROAST PEACH CRUM­BLE

2 ripe nec­tarines or peaches, cut in half and stones re­moved

4 ta­ble­spoons brown sugar

2 ta­ble­spoons but­ter

2 ta­ble­spoons gra­nola Ice cream or frozen yo­ghurt, to serve

1 Place each peach half on a square of heavy-duty foil large enough to cover the peach. Mix to­gether the sugar and but­ter and place a tea­spoon of the but­ter mix­ture into the cav­ity of each peach half.

2 Fold the tin foil over the peaches, seal­ing the edges to form a pouch.

3 Place the parcels onto the braai grid over medium coals for about 15 min­utes. Re­move and let cool slightly be­fore un­wrap­ping the parcels. Place a spoon­ful of gra­nola onto each peach and serve with a scoop of ice cream.
