To pro­tect the lower back, and sup­port the heavy belly, it is use­ful to make use of a bol­ster or large cush­ion. Place it in the nat­u­ral arch of your back for sup­port. This pos­ture is su­per re­lax­ing. This is great to prac­tise be­fore go­ing to bed.
