King Cetshwayo Dis­trict Mu­nic­i­pal­ity re­cently hosted travel writ­ers from around KZN. They were treated to a full range of tourist ex­pe­ri­ences in­clud­ing this en­counter with an ele­phant in the Thula Thula Pri­vate Game Re­serve.

ESHOWE and Melmoth put their best foot for­ward as a group of 34 jour­nal­ists from all genre of the me­dia were shown around the King Cetshwayo Dis­trict last week.

The tour, which in­cluded vis­its to many tourist at­trac­tions in uM­folozi, uMh­lathuze, uMlalazi and Mthon­ja­neni lo­cal mu­nic­i­pal­i­ties, was launched at the In­hamba Lodge on Mon­day evening by King Cetshwayo Deputy Mayor, Cllr AH Mthembu.

Af­ter four days of travel and en­ter­tain­ment, the group was thanked for their at­ten­dance by the King Cetshwayo Mayor, Cllr NNP Mkhulisi who ad­dressed the del­e­gates af­ter the tour at the Ngamla Guest House out­side Em­pan­geni.
