Law catches up with un­li­censed mo­torists

ELEVEN fines for mo­torists found driv­ing with­out valid li­cences were is­sued last

Tues­day.

This af­ter KwaMsane SAPS held a road­block at 6am near the Nkodibe bridge on the R618 near Mtu­batuba.

‘Ow­ing to the high num­ber of reck­less and neg­li­gent driv­ing in­ci­dents oc­cur­ring on this par­tic­u­lar road, we de­cided to hold morn­ing road­blocks dur­ing Septem­ber,’ said KwaMsane SAPS Com­mu­ni­ca­tions Of­fi­cer, Cap­tain Jab­u­lani Mdlet­she.

The 11 mo­torists are ex­pected to ap­pear in the KwaMsane Mag­is­trate’s Court on 15 Oc­to­ber.
