Businesswomen will share their success stories in the world of wine as part of Jávea town hall’s ongoing ‘Beer and Bytes’ networking initiative.
The local authority’s department of economic development continues to highlight the opportunities available in the Marina Alta town and has invited the four women to talk about their experiences at a ‘girls and wine’ event at Casa del Vino on Wednesday October 17. They will explain their involvement in key sector of Spain’s economy and how “a passion has become a business for them”. Speaking at the event will be Mara Bano from ‘Bodegas Las Freses’ in Jesus Pobre, Cristina Rodriguez from Teulada vineyard ‘M from Alejandro’, Margherita Saretto from Javea restaurant ‘Volta i Volta’, and Graciela Pena of wine consultancy ‘Vino Vitaro’. Councillor Cesc Camprubi said the networking events aimed to highlight the potential of Jávea as an ideal location to combine professional development in business with a real quality of life.
