Phoenix Solos Club
Started in 2001 by and for those over 50 on their own, who wanted a better social life. Membership is now over 130. Meetings are held every Monday from about 11.00 to 13.00 at the Marina Club on the waterfront at the International Marina, Torrevieja. Royal Naval Association
The Torrevieja Branch meets at 17.00 on the first Wednesday of the month at Bar/Restaurante El Paraiso situated near Carrefour. A stamp club with members from many European countries who share a like minded interest in collecting. We were established in 2003 and currently have 26 members from the UK, Germany, Belgium, Switzerland & Spain. Our members collect, sell and swap stamps from every country in the world, our meetings are informal and friendly, we hold stamp auctions, quizzes and talks on stamp collecting. Torre Sur Coalition of Communities
Apolitical coalition of representatives from the urbanisations Los Altos, Mariblancas, Mar Azul, Elisios Playa, Rocio del Mar, Rocajuna and any others in the south of Torrevieja. The aim is to collate and share information regarding issues of concern and liaise with the town hall and the police to resolve them. We also offer information regarding prevention, reporting and awareness of crime. Meetings are on the last Wednesday of every month in Bar Domino, Rocajuna at 11:00.
