Path of his­tory guided tourist train tour En­abling visi­tors to learn about the town’s his­tory through its archaeological sites. The tour is in English ev­ery Thurs­day morn­ing, leav­ing from the tourist of­fice at 10.00. It takes around 2.5 hours and costs €5 per per­son. It is free for all chil­dren un­der seven years old who are ac­com­pa­nied by a pay­ing adult. The ser­vice re­quires a min­i­mum of 30 peo­ple to go ahead. The max­i­mum amount of peo­ple per trip is 50. Peo­ple want­ing to book a seat on the tour must reg­is­ter in ad­vance by vis­it­ing the tourist in­for­ma­tion of­fice at Plaza de la Con­sti­tu­ción, tele­phon­ing 96 572 44 88 or by email to Group book­ings on al­ter­na­tive days can be ar­ranged. A min­i­mum of 15 days‘ no­tice is re­quired


Un­til Novem­ber 12: Tapas con His­to­ria (tapas with his­tory) tour fea­tur­ing 21 bars and restau­rants who are of­fer­ing a tapa cre­ated specif­i­cally for the event and a drink for €2. Peo­ple who get the of­fi­cial map and guide, which is avail­able from the tourist of­fice and par­tic­i­pat­ing bars and restau­rants, stamped at six dif­fer­ent places will be able to vote for their favourite snack and en­ter a draw fea­tur­ing var­i­ous prizes. The map and guide is also avail­able to down­load from the town hall web­site at www.guardamardelse­ Vot­ing slips can be de­posited in boxes which can be found in each es­tab­lish­ment and the tourist of­fice
