Ford plant to increase workforce
The Almussafes Ford car plant will take on an extra 160 workers once the summer period comes to a close.
The selection process has already started, and all chosen workers will start at their new posts during hte last week of August, once the three-week hiatus is over
As well as hiring between 140 and 160 new workers, who will be signed to temporary contracts that will last until the end of the year, the 240 temporary workers who were recruited in 2015 will also be renovated.
These additions have been made possible after factory spokespeople announced they are going to increase production by 110 daily vehicles, going from the current 1,810 to 1,920 - mainly of the Kuga and Transit models.
