The much hyped his­toric movie ‘Siri Dal­adaga­manaya' is due to un­spool on the sil­ver screen soon. The film di­rected by Sanath Abey­sekara is co-pro­duced by EAP Group Chair­per­son Dr. Soma Ediris­inghe and Ven. Akarawita San­gananda Thera of the Dan­de­nong Bud­dhist Med­i­ta­tion Cen­tre in Mel­bourne, Aus­tralia.

The film's ex­ec­u­tive pro­ducer Ni­hal San­jaya said the shoot­ing sched­ule of the movie has now been com­pleted. He said the big­gest bud­get for sets had been in­curred in this film pre­sented by EAP Films and Bosath Lanka Padanama.

Ni­hal San­jaya is the Ex­ec­u­tive Pro­ducer while the pro­duc­tion man­agers are Harold D. Karunathi­laka, Tissa Liyanaarachchi and Palitha Herath. Priyantha Eesh­wara is the make up artist, Ruchira Ka­hada is the hair stylist, Ku­mara Karawdeniya the cos­tume de­signer while Ranga Das­sanayake has com­posed the msuic.

Chan­dana Wick­re­mas­inghe has chore­ographed the dance se­qe­unces, Ajith Ra­manayake the edit­ing while Prasanna Iththep­ana is the as­sis­tantnt di­rec­tor.

Vet­eran cin­e­matog­ra­pher Su­minda Weeras­inghe passed away while work­ing on the film project. Sea­soned K. D. Dayananda is the other cin­e­matog­ra­pher.

The back­ground sets were cre­ated by Welegedara Ranas­inghe while Su­nil Wi­jer­atne and Suneth Nan­dalal are the art di­rec­tors.
