298 stranded Lankans in Dubai arrive at Mattala Airport

A special plane carrying 298 Sri Lankans who had been stranded in Dubai arrived at the Mattala Rajapaksa Air Port yesterday at 6.05 a.m.,airport Manager Upul Kalansooriya said.

The group of Sri Lankans arrived at the Air Port by UL 226 flight of the Sri Lanka Air Lines.the Air Port Manager said the passengers included 69 women, 182 males, 34 children and 13 small children under the age of two years.

Those who arrived were subjected to PCR tests at the Air Port premises and later were taken to a special quarantine centre in Beruwala.
