Driver robbed after exiting car

A driver was robbed after exiting his vehicle around 2 pm along the Goede Zorgweg on Tuesday by two gunmen who did not wear masks. The victim was going to visit a relative when he was ambushed in front of his relative’s home by the two armed robbers. The armed robbers reportedly stole his bag which contained Euros and Surinamese dollars before running to a getaway car and fleeing the scene in the direction of the Ephraimszegenweg. The victim who remained unharmed told the police that he did not get a good look at the license plate numbers of the white getaway vehicle. The investigation is ongoing. The perpetrators are still at large.
