Stuff carried away at all ministries

-

Inventory was taken from the Office of the President and all of the nation’s ministries. After Wednesday’s session of the Council of Ministers Vice President Ronnie Brunswijk announced that the ministers who have been assigned to all of the 17 ministries must put together a list of everything that they found at the work place. The VP will also determine what kind of material has vanished at his office. “We still do not have a clear picture of everything. The ministers are still busy checking the inventory that is why we still have not discussed it. The ministers need more time. Everything has vanished at the Office of the President.

They are still busy checking the inventory at my office. We did not see any cars here,” said the VP who indicated that he would share more information.

Regional Development and Sports Minister Gracia Emanuel on Wednesday confirmed that there are limited ‘tools’ at her ministry. When she went to her ministry on her first day on the job she only spotted one printer. When President Chandrikapersad Santokhi met his employees at his office he mentioned that equipment had vanished. All of the computers have reportedly gone missing. The head of state asked that all the equipment be returned.
