Report Montigny Rangers to Ludzidzini Council

Observer on Saturday - - News -

Aggrieved former SAPPI Usutu employees have reported Montigny Investments Rangers whom they have described as a thorn in their flesh to the Ludzidzini Council.

Speaking during the meeting on Tuesday the former employees’ representatives disclosed that they have since reported the matter as they feel they are no longer free to meet and discuss an issue that is as problem to them without being intimidated by the Rangers at Bhunya.

“We reported the matter as we are very concerned that in our own country we cannot move freely as we are always closely guarded by the rangers from Montigny. They come here to record our meetings and we don’t know what to do anymore. Lest the issue reaches boiling point we decided that we report the matter to the Council before we take matters into our own hands. The issue here is that no one knows anymore our next move and that is why the rangers always come here to record our meetings take our pictures. We have a right to assemble here after seeking permission at the rightful Montigny office and further from the police. Who are they to come and record our meetings then?” asked the representative without necessarily awaiting a response.

Another former employee bragged that it was them that constructed the Bhunya Village some years ago and it was not right to then come and intimidate them at the very village.
