Only Mrs Kim has power over bank account

Sunday Observer - - NEWS -

It transpired during the meeting that only Mrs Kim can sign for any of the company’s money transactions. This was revealed during the meeting between ACM and SCU staff members meeting last Friday. It was also revealed that even the Chairman of ACM Swaziland Pastor Philemon Mgabhi cannot sign for any of the organisation’s transaction. By this time, Mgabhi was in c ompany of ACM Operating Manager identified as Nxumalo.

Nxumalo told workers that only Mrs Kim was responsible for ACM’s account so he and Mgabhi can’t be able to get the bank statement. “We don’t control ACM’s finances, only Mrs Kim signs for ACM,” Nxumalo said. The workers then questioned the capacity in which Mrs Kim makes the signings and were told that she signed as the Mission’s Director.

However, Nxumalo and Mgabhi were then advised that a lawyer would be provided for them so they can legally have ACM’s bank statement.
