Taiwan Tatler Homes - - Treasure Trove -

A few centuries ago glass beads were considered as the symbol of status, power and wealth in South Africa. Due to the intricate art of creating and coloring the beads, although small in size, they have been long considered valuable to either be worn as jewelry, traded as luxury commodity, used for ceremonial purposes and even passed on as heirlooms. Inspired, through intricate weaving techniques Frette recreates the beading patterns for an exotic finish on the bedding.
