Ja­pan most popular among Tai­wan’s Street View users

Ja­pan re­mains the most­searched over­seas des­ti­na­tion among Google Street View users in Tai­wan, ac­cord­ing to a list re­leased Fri­day by Google.

Hirosaki Park in Ao­mori pre­fec­ture, one of the best spots to view cherry blos­soms in Ja­pan, is the most popular lo­ca­tion among Tai­wan’s Street View users.

Also on the top 10 list is the Ki­takami Ten­shochi Park in Iwate pre­fec­ture, also known for its cherry blos­soms, and the Panorama Road in Fu­rano and Biei re­gions in Hokkaido.

Tai­wan’s Street View users have also shown high in­ter­est in struc­tures from an­cient civ­i­liza­tions, with the pyra­mids of Giza in Egypt and Angkor Wat in Cam­bo­dia tak­ing sec­ond and third place, re­spec­tively.

Oth­ers on the list in­clude Venice, Italy and the Gombe Stream Na­tional Park in Tan­za­nia.
