En­joy ‘Songkran Feast’ at Sher­a­ton Grande Taipei Ho­tel

Sher­a­ton Grande Taipei Ho­tel (台北喜來登大飯店) is cel­e­brat­ing the Songkran Fes­ti­val this year with the “Songkran Feast” (與經典「桐」步) held un­til April 19.

For this oc­ca­sion, chef Rapeeporn Sil­la­pakit of the ho­tel’s Sukhothai restau­rant has de­signed an ex­clu­sive Thai set, com­bin­ing au­then­tic Thai dishes with in­no­va­tive cooking.

For NT$ 2,000, you can en­joy dishes in­clud­ing the much-loved tra­di­tional home­made but­ter­fly pea essence dumplings stuffed with minced crab and shrimp (蝶豆藍雙花) and the crispy spring roll stuffed with chicken with yel­low curry-in­fused chicken (黃咖哩炸春捲) that rep­re­sents wealth.

The feast, spon­sored by Evian, fea­tures Kenzo-de­signed wa­ter bot­tles (750 ml or 330 ml) to those who spend over NT$5,000 or or­der two rec­om­mended sets (330 ml) be­fore April 19. The “Songkran Feast” is served be­tween 11:30 and 14:30 for lunch and from 18:00 to 22:00 for din­ner. Rates are sub­ject to a 10-per­cent ser­vice charge.
