Enjoy ‘Songkran Feast’ at Sheraton Grande Taipei Hotel
Sheraton Grande Taipei Hotel (台北喜來登大飯店) is celebrating the Songkran Festival this year with the “Songkran Feast” (與經典「桐」步) held until April 19.
For this occasion, chef Rapeeporn Sillapakit of the hotel’s Sukhothai restaurant has designed an exclusive Thai set, combining authentic Thai dishes with innovative cooking.
For NT$ 2,000, you can enjoy dishes including the much-loved traditional homemade butterfly pea essence dumplings stuffed with minced crab and shrimp (蝶豆藍雙花) and the crispy spring roll stuffed with chicken with yellow curry-infused chicken (黃咖哩炸春捲) that represents wealth.
The feast, sponsored by Evian, features Kenzo-designed water bottles (750 ml or 330 ml) to those who spend over NT$5,000 or order two recommended sets (330 ml) before April 19. The “Songkran Feast” is served between 11:30 and 14:30 for lunch and from 18:00 to 22:00 for dinner. Rates are subject to a 10-percent service charge.
