Thai Food Fes­ti­val kicks off at Ful­lon Ho­tels & Re­sorts

Ful­lon Ho­tels & Re­sorts (福容大飯店) is host­ing the Thai Food Fes­ti­val (泰咖哩美食饗宴) un­til April 26. For the fes­ti­val, Ch­ern­porn Chantrarasanam, a lec­turer from Suan Dusit Rat­jab­hut Uni­ver­sity, has been in­vited as a vis­it­ing chef. She and Tai­wanese Mas­ter A- Ji (阿基師) al­ready demon­strated their skills with some Thai and Tai­wanese dishes dur­ing a press con­fer­ence on April 9, mark­ing the be­gin­ning of the fes­ti­val, while ex­chang­ing cre­ative cooking ideas.

Plenty of curry dishes are de­signed for the Thai Food Fes­ti­val, in­clud­ing curry with chicken, crab, beef, lamb and other seafood. A curry buf­fet is also served at Ful­lon Ho­tel Dan­shuei Fish­er­men’s Wharf (淡水福容愛之船遊輪飯店), Ful­lon Taipei, and Ful­lon Hualien, wel­com­ing gourmets to en­joy the sweet and sour taste in sum­mer­time.
