Supreme Salmon announces new springtime menu
Supreme Salmon (美威鮭魚) unveiled its new springtime menu on April 7. Combining with seasonal i ngredients, the menu includes springt i me exclusive dishes, such as the Ochazuke with salmon and salmon eggs, the tender fried salmon with roselle sauce, the Thai yellow curry with salmon and spring bamboo, and the refreshing cold Udon noodles with salmon XO sauce.
Starting from mid-April, Supreme Salmon Kitchen will also offer salmon lovers and those who share a taste for creative dishes basic cooking classes. Knowledge including important cooking skills, from choosing ingredients, basic preparation steps to various salmon dishes and cooking tips, will be taught by professionals in the relaxing openkitchen environment.
From now until May 31, those who spend more than NT$500 can exchange a voucher for a colorful salad with salmon in a cone at the Supreme Salmon shop.
