Supreme Salmon an­nounces new spring­time menu

Supreme Salmon (美威鮭魚) un­veiled its new spring­time menu on April 7. Com­bin­ing with sea­sonal i ngre­di­ents, the menu in­cludes springt i me ex­clu­sive dishes, such as the Oc­hazuke with salmon and salmon eggs, the ten­der fried salmon with roselle sauce, the Thai yel­low curry with salmon and spring bamboo, and the re­fresh­ing cold Udon noodles with salmon XO sauce.

Start­ing from mid-April, Supreme Salmon Kitchen will also of­fer salmon lovers and those who share a taste for cre­ative dishes ba­sic cooking classes. Knowl­edge in­clud­ing im­por­tant cooking skills, from choos­ing in­gre­di­ents, ba­sic prepa­ra­tion steps to var­i­ous salmon dishes and cooking tips, will be taught by pro­fes­sion­als in the re­lax­ing openkitchen en­vi­ron­ment.

From now un­til May 31, those who spend more than NT$500 can ex­change a voucher for a col­or­ful salad with salmon in a cone at the Supreme Salmon shop.
