Yangtze River Restaurant unveils Cherry Valley Roast Duck menu
Yangtze River Restaurant (江南春) in The Howard Plaza Hotel Taipei (台北福華大飯店) presents the new Cherry Valley Roast Duck menu until June 31.
Using the high-quality ducks raised in Yilan County, chef Liu Yi-jia (劉宜嘉) has designed new duck dishes with even more creative ways to enjoy the delicious duck meat. Now for NT$2,800, friends and family can enjoy a four-person set of various Cherry Valley Roast Duck dishes, including the newly designed sushi topped with roasted duck skin and sliced cheese.
