Yangtze River Restau­rant (江南春) in The Howard Plaza Ho­tel Taipei (台北福華大飯店) presents the new Cherry Val­ley Roast Duck menu un­til June 31.

Us­ing the high-qual­ity ducks raised in Yi­lan County, chef Liu Yi-jia (劉宜嘉) has de­signed new duck dishes with even more cre­ative ways to en­joy the de­li­cious duck meat. Now for NT$2,800, friends and fam­ily can en­joy a four-per­son set of var­i­ous Cherry Val­ley Roast Duck dishes, in­clud­ing the newly de­signed sushi topped with roasted duck skin and sliced cheese.

Soaked in mal­tose syrup be­fore be­ing nat­u­rally dried, and later roasted to a golden color, the juicy ten­der Cherry Val­ley duck meat wel­comes guests with a tasty and sat­is­fy­ing eat­ing ex­pe­ri­ence.
