Ben Cui­sine prime dining fea­tures top food-sup­pli­ers in­te­gra­tion

Ben Cui­sine (犇) , Tai­wan’s lead­ing restau­rant, in­te­grates var­i­ous ex­pe­ri­ences at its eater­ies, Ben Tep­pa­nyaki (犇 鐵板燒), Ben Shabu- Shabu (犇 和三味) and Ben Wagyu House (犇 和牛館).

With this prin­ci­ple in mind, Ben Cui­sine im­ports top in­gre­di­ents such as Kobe Cui­sine Wagyu’s Mas­ter Kobe and Kobe Wagyu Steak AA12 from Australia, along with lo­cal fresh veg­eta­bles and live seafood raised in in­ter­na­tional-stan­dard aquar­i­ums, mim­ick­ing the 32ppt salin­ity of ocean that best suits the cul­tur­ing of king crab from Hokkaido, Australia live lob­sters and abalone.
