Sakura feast at Tayih Lan­dis Tainan

The pink­ish pas­tel color of sakuras re­sem­bles the ar­rival of spring. Tayih Lan­dis Tainan (台南大億麗緻酒店) presents a Sakura feast menu themed on sakura blos­soms.

An ap­pe­tizer that in­cludes five dishes un­veils the in­dul­gent feast, in­clud­ing shrimp and yam, grilled fig with miso sauce and plum jelly to name just a few. Then you will en­joy the lux­u­ri­ous grilled lob­ster with sea urchin (櫻色金箔龍蝦海膽燒) that is dec­o­rated with gold foil fol­lowed by snap­per sashimi (櫻鯛花瓣生魚片). Pan-fried beef ten­der­loin with sakura salt (香煎紐西蘭牛菲力櫻花鹽) will be the main course and steamed rice with scal­lop and sakura leaf (干貝櫻葉蒸飯) that dif­fuses a fresh aro­matic scent also fea­tures.
