Vegetarian dishes revolutionized at Palais de Chine Hotel
Pietro Leemann, the owner and chef of the world’s first Michelinstarred vegetarian restaurant Joia, is visiting Palais de Chine Hotel (君品飯店) and Fleur de Chine Hotel (雲品溫泉酒店日月潭) at the invitation of LDC Hotels & Resorts Group (雲朗觀光). Until April 27, Leemann brings gourmands the Green Plant Feast, which overturns the common idea of vegetarian dishes.
For NT$6,800 per person, you can enjoy the feast with six different dishes to choose from. You will savor the different tastes of life in “not just bread” seasoned with wasabi, yogurt, and raspberry jam, while feeling grateful for Mother Nature when enjoying the unique ravioli topped with a green dough wrapping.
The Green Plant Feast is designed is hopes of allowing people to see the intimate relationship humans have with nature when enjoying delicious vegetarian dishes.
