Veg­e­tar­ian dishes rev­o­lu­tion­ized at Palais de Chine Ho­tel

Pi­etro Lee­mann, the owner and chef of the world’s first Miche­lin­starred veg­e­tar­ian restau­rant Joia, is vis­it­ing Palais de Chine Ho­tel (君品飯店) and Fleur de Chine Ho­tel (雲品溫泉酒店日月潭) at the in­vi­ta­tion of LDC Ho­tels & Re­sorts Group (雲朗觀光). Un­til April 27, Lee­mann brings gour­mands the Green Plant Feast, which over­turns the com­mon idea of veg­e­tar­ian dishes.

For NT$6,800 per per­son, you can en­joy the feast with six dif­fer­ent dishes to choose from. You will sa­vor the dif­fer­ent tastes of life in “not just bread” sea­soned with wasabi, yo­gurt, and rasp­berry jam, while feel­ing grate­ful for Mother Na­ture when en­joy­ing the unique ravi­oli topped with a green dough wrap­ping.

The Green Plant Feast is de­signed is hopes of al­low­ing peo­ple to see the in­ti­mate re­la­tion­ship hu­mans have with na­ture when en­joy­ing de­li­cious veg­e­tar­ian dishes.
