A three-Michelin-star feast at The Sherwood Taipei
In celebration of its 25th anniversary, The Sherwood Taipei invites acclaimed chef Kanda Hiroyuki, who has been awarded three Michelin stars in Tokyo for eight consecutive years, to be the guest chef at the hotel’s Kouma restaurant (日本料理 小馬). Together with Kouma’s executive chef, they will present a three-Michelin-star feast with limited seats available from May 12-17 during lunch and dining hours.
The grand feast is priced starting at NT$ 8,800 per person with a 10-percent service charge. The chefs will present the “less-is–more” philosophy by using the most original and simplistic culinary styles to bring out the utmost authentic flavors of local ingredients. Seats are always hard to get, so if you want to experience a Kanda Hiroyuki feast, whether in Tokyo or Taipei, make your reservations before it’s too late.
