Tai­wan wins three golds, two sil­vers at 2015 FIABCI awards

Tai­wan took three gold and two sil­ver awards at the 2015 FIABCI (the In­ter­na­tional Real Es­tate Fed­er­a­tion) World Prix d’Ex­cel­lence Awards held Satur­day in Malaysia.

The three gold awards were in the cat­e­gories of public in­fra­struc­ture/ameni­ties, her­itage ( restora­tion/ con­ser­va­tion), and en­vi­ron­men­tal ( re­ha­bil­i­ta­tion/ con­ser­va­tion).

The two sil­ver awards were for en­vi­ron­men­tal (re­ha­bil­i­ta­tion/ con­ser­va­tion) and public in­fra­struc­ture/ameni­ties.

Since 2007, Tai­wan has won 12 gold and 24 sil­ver awards at the FIABCI World Prix d’Ex­cel­lence Awards, ac­cord­ing to the Real Es­tate As­so­ci­a­tion of ROC.

FIABCI is the French acro­nym for Fed­er­a­tion In­ter­na­tionale des Ad­min­is­tra­teurs de Bien-Con­selis Im­mo­biliers, which means The In­ter­na­tional Real Es­tate Fed­er­a­tion.

The FIABCI World Prix d’Ex­cel­lence rec­og­nizes projects that best em­body ex­cel­lence in all real es­tate dis­ci­plines in­volved in their cre­ation, ac­cord­ing to the FIABCI World Prix d’Ex­cel­lence Awards web site.
