Taste the sum­mer sea­son at La Far­falla

At Hum­ble House Taipei’s (寒舍艾麗酒店) Ital­ian restau­rant La Far­falla, food fol­lows the sea­son’s foot­steps. With the ar­rival of sum­mer, La Far­falla now of­fers 11 new sa­vory main cour­ses served dur­ing lunch and din­ner hours. A few of th­ese de­lec­ta­ble dishes in­clude the Berk­shire pork ten­der­loin doused with golden caramel pineap­ple in yuzu sauce (爐烤盤克夏豬搭焦糖鳳梨佐柚子醬), and the but­tery lob­ster and crab risotto served with a de­li­cious oven- roasted lob­ster. If you’re look­ing for some­thing heav­ier, La Far­fala also serves U.S. prime steaks and New Zealand lamb chops. For a taste of Tai­wanese cul­ture, the eight-ounce rib eye steak for two even in­cludes Penghu prawns. Care­fully cooked to mouth­wa­ter­ing per­fec­tion, th­ese dishes have prices that range from NT$1,180 to NT$3,480 (plus 10-per­cent ser­vice fee) on week­day lunch hours and NT$1,380 to NT$3,880 (plus 10- per­cent ser­vice fee) on hol­i­days and dur­ing din­ner hours ev­ery day.
