At Humble House Taipei’s (寒舍艾麗酒店) Italian restaurant La Farfalla, food follows the season’s footsteps. With the arrival of summer, La Farfalla now offers 11 new savory main courses served during lunch and dinner hours. A few of these delectable dishes include the Berkshire pork tenderloin doused with golden caramel pineapple in yuzu sauce (爐烤盤克夏豬搭焦糖鳳梨佐柚子醬), and the buttery lobster and crab risotto served with a delicious oven- roasted lobster. If you’re looking for something heavier, La Farfala also serves U.S. prime steaks and New Zealand lamb chops. For a taste of Taiwanese culture, the eight-ounce rib eye steak for two even includes Penghu prawns. Carefully cooked to mouthwatering perfection, these dishes have prices that range from NT$1,180 to NT$3,480 (plus 10-percent service fee) on weekday lunch hours and NT$1,380 to NT$3,880 (plus 10- percent service fee) on holidays and during dinner hours every day.
