Dragon Boat Festival is coming up and it’s the season of rice dumplings. This pyramid-shaped local food has been passed down from generation to generation for thousands of years, and each region has slowly developed its own distinctive rice dumplings.

This year, the Shin Kong Mitsukoshi (新光三越) team made a deep foodexploration all over Taiwan, seeking delicacies along old streets and in traditional markets. The ultimate collec- tion is amazing. More than 25 kinds of rice dumplings from Northern, Central and Southern Taiwan all have joined Shin Kong Mitsukoshi’s dumpling troop, and are available at every Shin Kong supermarket. Make your reservations from June 5 to June 18 for pickup from June 13 to June 20.
