Chance to cook with master chefs at TCE

Pre­pare your taste buds — the 2015 Tai­wan Culi­nary Ex­hi­bi­tion ( TCE) runs from July 17 to July 20 at Taipei World Trade Cen­ter Ex­hi­bi­tion Hall 1 in ar­eas A and D. This year’s spe­cial high­lights in­clude the chance to cook and learn with heavy­weight food giants.

Among the cui­sine mas­ters in­vited are An­dre Chi­ang (

) , re­ferred to as “The best chef in the In­dian Ocean” by Time Mag­a­zine, Ja­pan’s Iron Chef Wakiya Yuji ( ), owner and head chef of Tim Ho Wan ( ) , a 1 Miche­lin star dim sum res­tau­rant, and Mak Kwai- pui ( ) from Hong Kong.

Oth­ers in­clude Chef J- ping ( ) , known as Tai­wan’s best Ital­ian- cui­sine chef, 2014 World Cof­fee Roast­ing Cham­pion Lai Yu- chuan ( ), gold- medal win­ner of the 2014 Vi­nalies In­ter­na­tionales Com­pe­ti­tion Chen Chien- hao (

) , and other fa­mous Tai­wanese chefs who will also make an ap­pear­ance at the TCE.
