Chance to cook with master chefs at TCE
Prepare your taste buds — the 2015 Taiwan Culinary Exhibition ( TCE) runs from July 17 to July 20 at Taipei World Trade Center Exhibition Hall 1 in areas A and D. This year’s special highlights include the chance to cook and learn with heavyweight food giants.
Among the cuisine masters invited are Andre Chiang (
) , referred to as “The best chef in the Indian Ocean” by Time Magazine, Japan’s Iron Chef Wakiya Yuji ( ), owner and head chef of Tim Ho Wan ( ) , a 1 Michelin star dim sum restaurant, and Mak Kwai- pui ( ) from Hong Kong.
Others include Chef J- ping ( ) , known as Taiwan’s best Italian- cuisine chef, 2014 World Coffee Roasting Champion Lai Yu- chuan ( ), gold- medal winner of the 2014 Vinalies Internationales Competition Chen Chien- hao (
) , and other famous Taiwanese chefs who will also make an appearance at the TCE.
