Grand Hyatt Taipei unveils homemade bread to celebrates Father’s Day
To celebrate Father’s Day this year, Julien Perrinet, the pastry chef of Grand Hyatt Taipei (台北君悅酒店), presents two lovable mustache desserts and five delicious homemade breads made with natural yeast. These delicacies are available from Aug. 1-8 at Baguette, located on the lobby floor.
The two mustache desserts include the 88 chocolate coco tart (88巧克力椰香米布丁塔), made with coconut pudding as a base and a classic French dessert, and the espresso mustache éclair (鬍子咖啡閃電泡芙), made with a mustache chocolate décor filled with a light coffee mousse cream, priced at NT$888 and NT$130, respectively.
The five delicious homemade natural yeast breads (自製酵母麵包) are homemade-yeast multigrain, homemade-yeast raisin, green tea and red bean toast, and red wine longan walnut, and Chef Julien’s recommendation is brown sugar toast bread, priced from NT$150 to NT$250.
