Grand Hy­att Taipei un­veils home­made bread to cel­e­brates Fa­ther’s Day

To celebrate Fa­ther’s Day this year, Julien Per­rinet, the pas­try chef of Grand Hy­att Taipei (台北君悅酒店), presents two lov­able mus­tache desserts and five de­li­cious home­made breads made with nat­u­ral yeast. These del­i­ca­cies are avail­able from Aug. 1-8 at Baguette, lo­cated on the lobby floor.

The two mus­tache desserts in­clude the 88 cho­co­late coco tart (88巧克力椰香米布丁塔), made with co­conut pud­ding as a base and a clas­sic French dessert, and the espresso mus­tache éclair (鬍子咖啡閃電泡芙), made with a mus­tache cho­co­late dé­cor filled with a light cof­fee mousse cream, priced at NT$888 and NT$130, re­spec­tively.

The five de­li­cious home­made nat­u­ral yeast breads (自製酵母麵包) are home­made-yeast multi­grain, home­made-yeast raisin, green tea and red bean toast, and red wine lon­gan wal­nut, and Chef Julien’s rec­om­men­da­tion is brown sugar toast bread, priced from NT$150 to NT$250.
