Tai­wan Lottery sets off on its own Tour De Tai­wan by hold­ing a se­ries of events from Au­gust to the end of the year na­tion­wide, let­ting lucky par­tic­i­pants en­joy scratch-off tick­ets and the chance to take home the grand prize, an Ap­ple iPad mini.

Scratch-ticket buy­ers will not only have a chance to win cash, but also par­tic­i­pate in a hu­man­sized dig­i­tal­ized Mo­nop­oly game, un­der­stand mov­ing and in­ter­est­ing sto­ries of the Tai­wan Public Wel­fare Lottery, and chances to win tech­nol­ogy-re­lated prizes in the lucky draws. The event has also pro­posed that par­tic­i­pants can give back to the so­ci­ety by let­ting prize win­ners do­nate their prizes for char­ity.

Tai­wan Lottery Gen­eral Man­ager Joy Huang ( ) stated that with the gen­eral public’ s sup­port, the Tai­wan Lottery’ s scratch-off tick­ets have seen con­tin­ual growth. Huang hopes the public will be able to ex­pe­ri­ence a dif­fer­ent style of scratchoff ticket hap­pi­ness. Apart from the grand prize, par­tic­i­pants can try their hand at other prizes in­clude SONY dig­i­tal cam­era, Ap­ple iPod shuf­fle, and Xiaomi wrist­bands, as long as they buy spec­i­fied scratch-off tick­ets.

At­ten­dees of the event can snap photos, upload them onto so­cial media and check-in to join in on an in­ter­net lucky draw as well.
