Chef Oliver Dab­bous to host din­ing event at Man­darin Ori­en­tal, Taipei

Man­darin Ori­en­tal, Taipei will soon welcome the own­ers of one of the hottest restau­rants in Lon­don, Dab­bous — Miche­lin­starred chef, Oliver Dab­bous (also known as Ol­lie Dab­bous), and his busi­ness part­ner, mixol­o­gist Oskar Kin­berg — for an ex­clu­sive din­ing event from Aug. 26 to 29 at the sev­enth floor’s Chair­man’s Res­i­dence.

Based in Lon­don, Dab­bous is not only the hottest topic of the town, but also one of the hard­est places to get a reser­va­tion for in Lon­don at the mo­ment. Aes­thet­i­cally in­no­va­tive, the duo is ex­pected to show­case a dy­namic pre­sen­ta­tion of cui­sine, fea­tur­ing unique cock­tails to in­dulge guests in an un­for­get­table culi­nary ad­ven­ture. Lim­ited seat­ing is avail­able. Ad­vance reser­va­tion is there­fore highly rec­om­mended.

Din­ner with chef Dab­bous from Aug. 26 to 29 will fea­ture a nine-course din­ner set menu with wine pair­ing and unique cock­tails pre­pared by Kin­berg, priced at NT$15,000 per per­son. Mean­while, lunch from Aug. 28 to 29, with chef Dab­bous will also present a six-course lunch set menu with wine pair­ing and unique cock­tails pre­pared by Kin­berg, priced at NT$8,500 per per­son. Prices are sub­ject to a 10-per­cent ser­vice charge.
