Grand Hy­att in­tro­duces two-Miche­lin-star Food and Wine Ex­pe­ri­ence

From Sept. 9 to 11, Bel Air (寶艾西餐廳) presents guests with an ex­clu­sive lunch/din­ner ex­pe­ri­ence with celebrity chef Alain So­livérès from an in­ter­na­tion­ally renowned two-Miche­lin-star Parisian res­tau­rant — Le Taillevent.

Dur­ing the food and wine pro­mo­tion, Chef So­livérès will show­case his gas­tro­nomic skills inspired by sea­sonal in­gre­di­ents and tra­di­tional French tech­niques with a lunch or din­ner set menu in­clud­ing del­i­ca­cies such as “David Hervé” oys­ter and blue lob­ster, steamed sea bass and grilled U.S. nat­u­ral wagyu beef “sig­na­ture” ten­der­loin. The wine lunch menu is priced at NT$5,200 per per­son (five cour­ses with two wines), and the wine din­ner menu is priced at NT$10,800 per per­son (seven cour­ses with four wines), sub­ject to a 10per­cent ser­vice fee.
