Grand Hyatt introduces two-Michelin-star Food and Wine Experience
From Sept. 9 to 11, Bel Air (寶艾西餐廳) presents guests with an exclusive lunch/dinner experience with celebrity chef Alain Solivérès from an internationally renowned two-Michelin-star Parisian restaurant — Le Taillevent.
During the food and wine promotion, Chef Solivérès will showcase his gastronomic skills inspired by seasonal ingredients and traditional French techniques with a lunch or dinner set menu including delicacies such as “David Hervé” oyster and blue lobster, steamed sea bass and grilled U.S. natural wagyu beef “signature” tenderloin. The wine lunch menu is priced at NT$5,200 per person (five courses with two wines), and the wine dinner menu is priced at NT$10,800 per person (seven courses with four wines), subject to a 10percent service fee.
