From now un­til Aug. 31, Bel Air presents a se­ries of dishes made with the Rolls-Royce of pork — Iberico pork. Del­i­ca­cies in­clude home­made Iberico pork ter­rine, grilled spiced Iberico pork neck with fresh caramelized figs and Iberico Tom­a­hawk served with pine nut cream sauce, to name just a few. The 300-gram Iberico Tom­a­hawk will sat­isfy meat-lovers’ de­sires; it is mar­i­nated overnight with thyme, rose­mary, gar­lic and olive oil so all the aroma can soak in. These a la carte dishes are priced from NT$820 to NT$2,000 plus a 10-per­cent ser­vice charge.
