Dig into Iberico Pork at Grand Hyatt Taipei
Still craving the evenly balanced fat and heavenly taste of the Iberico pork you once savored in Spain? You now have the chance to reminisce and savor that same flavor at Grand Hyatt Taipei’s (台北君悅酒店) Bel Air (寶艾西餐廳).
From now until Aug. 31, Bel Air presents a series of dishes made with the Rolls-Royce of pork — Iberico pork. Delicacies include homemade Iberico pork terrine, grilled spiced Iberico pork neck with fresh caramelized figs and Iberico Tomahawk served with pine nut cream sauce, to name just a few. The 300-gram Iberico Tomahawk will satisfy meat-lovers’ desires; it is marinated overnight with thyme, rosemary, garlic and olive oil so all the aroma can soak in. These a la carte dishes are priced from NT$820 to NT$2,000 plus a 10-percent service charge.
