The China Post - - INTERNATIONAL -

A blacklisted deputy prime minister of Crimea — whose annexation by Russia last year sparked Western sanctions — has managed to slip into Poland because of the way his name was transcribed on the banned list.

Polish state television said that Dmitri Polonski — who helped organize Russia’s land grab of the Ukrainian region — attended a conference at the Warsaw headquarters of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe on Wednesday.
