Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel will present a wine dinner featuring the sweetest varieties of white asparagus and bouquets from the top wine-producing region in France at the Madison Steakhouse on May 4 starting at 6.30pm. Across several courses, the special menu features dishes such as herbcrusted cod, with white asparagus and mustard espuma, paired with a Chateau Batailey 2006 and Grand Cru Classe Pauillac. The superb treat will also include sumptuous lamb and lobster dishes.
