Age Restaurant will welcome chef Riley Sanders from the Michelin-starred Canvas for the first dinner in a new series that aims to showcase Thai culinary talents. For two nights only, chef Sanders will serve a six-course menu featuring the likes of Thai wagyu top sirloin from Mukdahan, sturgeon from Hua Hin and smoked dry-aged duck from Khao Yai along with an optional wine pairing from The Wine Merchant.
