On January 19, the Marketing Committee met at the Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit Hotel to hear about The Changing and Fast Evolving Thai Media Scene of 2016 from Pathamawan Sathaporn, Managing Director of Mindshare Thailand. Eastern Seaboard Networking
On January 22, members of the foreign chambers of Thailand gathered at Amari Ocean Pattaya for a networking hosted by the South African- Thai Chamber of Commerce and held in conjunction with the AMCHAM and the Australian, British, German, Dutch, Belgian, and Luxembourg Chambers of Commerce in Thailand. On January 28, the committee met at the Foreign Correspondents Club of Thailand ( FCCT) to learn How to leverage PR to get Investors’ and Customers’ Attention from Pacharee Pantoomano, Brand Now & Entrepreneur Now Awards; Kittima Sethi, Brand Now; Martin Toft Sorensen, Wearyouwant; Santit Jirawongkraisorn, lalamove; and Michael Cluzel, eatigo. On January 20, the committee met at the Marriott Cafe, JW Marriott to hear about the 2016 gas plan from the Planning Division at the Ministry of Energy. On January 28, the committee and friends converged on Mode Sathorn Hotel for a social networking night. The event raised Baht 11,850 for the AMCHAM Thailand Charitable Foundation’s Adopt- a- School program.
