Eastern Seaboard Networking
On September 16, members of the foreign chambers gathered at Havana Bar & Restaurant, Holiday Inn Pattaya for a networking evening hosted by the BelgianLuxemburg Chamber of Commerce in Thailand and held in conjunction with the American, Australian, German, British, Singaporean, South African, and Dutch chambers of commerce. On September 13, AMCHAM in collaboration with the Australian, British, Irish, Netherlands and Singapore Chambers of Commerce hosted a dinner panel discussion on “Digital Marketing or Digital Disappointment?” at Novotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 20. On September 15, the committees met at St. Regis Bangkok Hotel to hear the presentation “What is e- procurement and how it could enhance investment environment in Thailand” by Thanachoke Rungthipanon and Nitiyaporn Imjai, Financial Analysts from the Comptroller General Department ( CGD) at the Ministry of Finance. On September 22, the committee met at Bueng Cham- Or Sub- district Administrative Organization, Pathum Thani to visit Coca- Cola’s CSR program, RAKNAM. The tour was led by Wanpen Lolertpiphop, Public Affairs Manager, Coca- Cola ( Thailand) Limited. Pictured are the participants in the tour.
