Amer­i­can Coun­cils for In­ter­na­tional Ed­u­ca­tion, Inc.

Since its es­tab­lish­ment in 1974, Amer­i­can Coun­cils has de­signed and ad­min­is­tered hun­dreds of short term pro­grams for over 20,000 pro­fes­sional par­tic­i­pants with themes such as Small Busi­ness De­vel­op­ment, Youth En­trepreneur­ship, and Eco Tourism. In its ad­min­is­tra­tion of the Pro­fes­sional Fel­lows Pro­grams ( PFP) emerg­ing busi­ness lead­ers in their 20s and 30s take part in cu­rated in­tern­ships, cut­ting edge en­trepreneur­ship train­ing, and net­work­ing events to that sup­port the de­vel­op­ment of part­ner­ships and cre­ation of joint pro­jects that con­trib­ute to the so­cial and eco­nomic de­vel­op­ment of their com­mu­ni­ties. In Thai­land, Amer­i­can Coun­cils is a proud ad­min­is­tra­tor of the Young South­east Asian Lead­ers Ini­tia­tive for Pro­fes­sional Fel­lows that works with young pro­fes­sion­als to ex­pand eco­nomic op­por­tu­ni­ties and ex­per­tise through­out the re­gion.
