Kamthorn Su­ra­chet & Som­sak was es­tab­lished in 1984. The firm de­vel­oped from its pre­de­ces­sor, Vert­ley & Kamthorn, serv­ing in­ter­na­tional clients in Thai­land. This in­cludes com­mer­cial dis­putes, com­mer­cial crimes, com­mer­cial and con­trac­tual claims, ar­bi­tra­tion, tax con­tro­ver­sies pros­e­cu­tion and en­force­ment of in­tel­lec­tual prop­erty rights.
