On Au­gust 23, AMCHAM hosted a round- table dis­cus­sion with Cen­ter for Dis­ease Con­trol ( CDC) Foun­da­tion CEO Judy Mon­roe to ex­plore the pos­si­bil­ity of pub­lic- pri­vate part­ner­ships and how the Foun­da­tion can work with the pri­vate sec­tor to sup­port CDC’S work in Thai­land. Joint Cham­bers Chi­ang Mai Con­nect Net­work­ing

On Au­gust 29, the Nether­lands- Thai Cham­ber of Com­merce in con­junc­tion with AMCHAM and the Aus­tralian, Bri­tish, French, Ital­ian, Ger­man, Sin­ga­porean, South African, Swedish, Turk­ish and Bel­gian- Lux­em­bourg cham­bers and the Euro­pean As­so­ci­a­tion of Busi­ness and Com­merce ( EABC) held a net­work­ing event for mem­bers based in Chi­ang Mai at the SIPA CoWork­ing Space. Eastern Seaboard Net­work­ing

On Au­gust 25 mem­bers of the for­eign cham­bers of com­merce gath­ered at Siam@ Siam De­sign Ho­tel Pat­taya for a net­work­ing hosted by the Bri­tish Cham­ber of Com­merce Thai­land ( BCCT) in con­junc­tion with AMCHAM and other for­eign cham­bers of com­merce. The event was spon­sored by Siam@ Siam De­sign Ho­tel Pat­taya, Axel Elec­tron­ics, Rugby School Thai­land and Gen­eral Out­sourc­ing ( go).

Young Pro­fes­sion­als

On Au­gust 31, the Young Pro­fes­sion­als Com­mit­tee teamed up with the Aus­tralian, Bri­tish, and Dutch cham­bers for a speed net­work­ing event at Na Cha­long Eatery & Café and raised Baht 19,350 for the Amer­i­can Cham­ber of Com­merce in Thai­land Foun­da­tion ( ATF) Adopt- a- School pro­gram.
