Chef Gaetano Palumbo, Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit’s new Sicilian executive chef, brings 20 years of culinary experience with him. Having worked alongside three Michelin-starred chef Fulvio Angelini at Sicily’s La Zagara restaurant, he’s now ready to uphold the outstanding reputation of the hotel’s award-winning restaurants, which include Rossini’s, Basil, The Living Room, BarSu and Dine in the Dark. Chef Gaetano was previously the executive chef at the St Regis Macao but he’s also no stranger to Thailand or the Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit, as he was the Italian chef de cuisine at Rossini’s in 2006, before moving on to the Royal Orchid Sheraton Hotel and Towers Bangkok as executive sous chef.
