f you crave the flavours of au­then­tic Ital­ian dishes and are in­ter­ested in un­usual cook­ing tech­niques, con­sider try­ing Re­nais­sance Bangkok’s La Tavola & Wine Bar. Here, guest chef Luca Pec­o­rari, the chef de cui­sine at The Ritz-Carl­ton Guangzhou’s Li­moni Ital­ian restau­rant, is cur­rently col­lab­o­rat­ing with La Tavola’s ex­ec­u­tive chef Jose Martin Ruiz Borja. End re­sult: an on­slaught of en­tic­ing sound­ing dishes such as pump­kin risotto with sausage, green as­para­gus fon­dant, sal­mon roe and black gar­lic sauce, not to men­tion dessert plat­ters. Made from a mix­ture of im­ported Ital­ian and lo­cally sourced ingredients, all spe­cial menu items are avail­able dur­ing lunch and din­ner from Tues­day to Sun­day at La Tavola & Wine Bar un­til the end of Jan­uary 2017.
