Renaissance Bangkok’s La Tavola ups the culinary ante with a bold guest chef
f you crave the flavours of authentic Italian dishes and are interested in unusual cooking techniques, consider trying Renaissance Bangkok’s La Tavola & Wine Bar. Here, guest chef Luca Pecorari, the chef de cuisine at The Ritz-Carlton Guangzhou’s Limoni Italian restaurant, is currently collaborating with La Tavola’s executive chef Jose Martin Ruiz Borja. End result: an onslaught of enticing sounding dishes such as pumpkin risotto with sausage, green asparagus fondant, salmon roe and black garlic sauce, not to mention dessert platters. Made from a mixture of imported Italian and locally sourced ingredients, all special menu items are available during lunch and dinner from Tuesday to Sunday at La Tavola & Wine Bar until the end of January 2017.
