Chef Valentino Mar­cat­tilii, who cur­rently holds two Miche­lin stars, will be cook­ing din­ner at Pull­man Bangkok King Power’s Wine Pub from 22 to 25 Fe­bru­ary. Fa­mous for his great re­spect of tra­di­tional cui­sine and lo­cal in­gre­di­ents, chef Mar­cat­tilii’s most fa­mous dishes in­clude San Domenico egg in ravi­oli; rec­om­mended by the Miche­lin guide, it will be among the dishes served.
