From septem­ber 18-23, im­merse your­self in an epi­curean jour­ney with Ronny Em­borg, ac­claimed ex­ec­u­tive chef of Miche­lin-starred Atera in Tribeca, New York. Renowned for his Sen­sory Kitchen cook­ing style, the award-win­ning chef will stim­u­late the senses with his culi­nary art at Jojo res­tau­rant at St Regis Bangkok. En­joy his lim­ited seat­ing de­gus­ta­tion menus dur­ing lunch and din­ner with an op­tional drinks pair­ing, or opt for the seven-course lunch menu start­ing at 3,800 baht, or the eight-course din­ner menu at 5,800 baht (add 2,500 baht and 3,000 baht for wine pair­ings re­spec­tively). The dishes range from Scot­tish lan­gous­tine mar­i­nated in lemon juice with black truf­fle purée to seared scal­lop with cel­ery root purée and daikon sheet in brown but­ter.
