From september 18-23, immerse yourself in an epicurean journey with Ronny Emborg, acclaimed executive chef of Michelin-starred Atera in Tribeca, New York. Renowned for his Sensory Kitchen cooking style, the award-winning chef will stimulate the senses with his culinary art at Jojo restaurant at St Regis Bangkok. Enjoy his limited seating degustation menus during lunch and dinner with an optional drinks pairing, or opt for the seven-course lunch menu starting at 3,800 baht, or the eight-course dinner menu at 5,800 baht (add 2,500 baht and 3,000 baht for wine pairings respectively). The dishes range from Scottish langoustine marinated in lemon juice with black truffle purée to seared scallop with celery root purée and daikon sheet in brown butter.
