J’AIME by chef Jean-Michel Lo­rain at U Sathorn Bangkok presents a brand new menu cre­ated from the recipes used at the chef’s epony­mous Miche­lin-starred res­tau­rant in France. The new menu is avail­able for lunch and din­ner as both à la carte and tast­ing op­tions. High­lights in­clude beet­root bortsch with veg­etable brunoise, dill and sour cream, and ra­zor clams in gelée with savoy cab­bage and sea urchin cream. Those who err on the tra­di­tional side will love clas­sic French dishes such as lightly smoked sea bass served with cele­riac, snow peas and caviar sauce. Pa­trons can also en­joy the all-you-can-eat Sun­day brunch with made to or­der French cui­sine pro­duced à la carte at 2,499 baht net.
