TIME OF UNCERTAINTY
The modern CEO should be an entrepreneur. There will be growth of $30 trillion over the next ten years. It is not clear where or how growth will occur. Companies need to take change and produce new business models. It is not the leaders who live with change who will now be successful but those leaders who are creative during change. We should focus not on forecasting some things but on being aware of uncertainty early. The leaders who will come to the fore will be those who draw up their own roadmap rather than those who just react.
