Dear 7DAYS, I read the un­for­tu­nate tale of MR from Dubai re his re­cent ex­pe­ri­ence with the Emi­rates Air­line web­site when book­ing flights that he in­cor­rectly as­serts are not dis­played as po­ten­tially Qan­tas ser­vices (7DAYS Letters, March 27). May I re­mind MR and all read­ers that the Emi­rates web­site clearly dis­plays a Qan­tas air­craft tail logo as well as the words ‘flight op­er­ated by Qan­tas Air­ways’ on all flights dis­played in their sys­tem that are Qan­tas ser­vices. On be­half of Emi­rates and Qan­tas we hope to be of col­lec­tive ser­vice to MR from Dubai in the fu­ture should he se­lect the partnership with the most num­ber of di­rect flights to Lon­don and Aus­tralia from Dubai.
